We ship through reliable courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your location.

Please upload clear, high-resolution images (minimum 1000px). Blurry or low-quality photos may result in unclear prints. If your image isn’t suitable, our team may contact you before production.

Yes! Every product at Giftteller is 100% personalized. You can upload your own photos, add custom messages, names, dates, or designs depending on the product.

Yes! After placing your order, we’ll send you a preview on WhatsApp (91+7017149253). We’ll proceed only after your confirmation.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours. Email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID. Cancellation isn’t possible once shipped.

We accept all major payment options, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and Mobikwik.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email to monitor the delivery status.

Awaiting Order Arrival

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check your tracking details. If there’s no update or the package is delayed, reach out to our support team for assistance.

We typically deliver orders within 3–5 business days across India. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

Return & Refund

Simply email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, your refund will be processed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll issue a full refund. Please share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

No, since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
