At Giftteller, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
  • Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label will be included in your package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within the 7-day window, subject to product availability.
  • Personalized/custom products can only be exchanged if they are delivered damaged or incorrect.
