Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
- Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label will be included in your package.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges within the 7-day window, subject to product availability.
- Personalized/custom products can only be exchanged if they are delivered damaged or incorrect.
