Exchange Policy
At Giftteller, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Important Note:
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If eligible, we will coordinate a smooth exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order under the following terms:
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped.
How to Cancel an Order:
- To cancel, please email us at contact@giftteller.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
