Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Custom photo frame orders may take an additional 1-2 business days for personalization.
For shipping methods and delivery times, fast delivery allows customers to receive their orders within 24-48 hours in select locations. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount or location. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal. If there are any delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Return and Refund Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to production processing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Personalized or custom-made photo frames are non-returnable. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Payment Policy
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.
Payments must be made in full before order processing begins. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) at this time.
